How to file a notice
Send a written notification to hello@primova.app that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorised agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — include URLs or specific identifying detail.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
What happens next
We review every notice. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
Counter-notice
If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same information shown above, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Important
Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Consider consulting an attorney before filing.
