1. The basics
By using Primova, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Your content stays yours
Files you process — and anything they produce — belong to you. Primova claims no ownership, license, or right over your output. Use it commercially, personally, or however you like.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the tools to:
- Process content you don’t have the legal right to.
- Generate or distribute illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
- Attempt to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer the service in ways that disrupt other users.
- Scrape the site or APIs beyond reasonable rate limits.
4. Service availability
We make the service available on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of any particular tool at any specific time. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify tools at our discretion.
5. Free tier and paid plans
The free tier may have limits (file size, batch count, rate limits). Paid plans, when offered, will have their pricing and terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.
6. Liability
Primova is provided “as is”. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the tools. Our maximum liability in any case is capped at $100 USD.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the changelog and, if you have an account, via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
